Can anyone help me rank up in halo 3 such as in team slayer and or double team?

So i don't feel like going in on team slayer or team doubles anymore and being mvp so i have been posting on every website i can find for good partners if you can help me add me i am a captain highest skill 43 in team slayer and 33 in doubles with sniper and Battle rifle as my top favorite weapons so i don't camp with hammer at all ,unless my team is losing.Also i only played 173 match made games if that accounts for anything,so yeah message my back if you can help
