Can your skill go down in halo 3????

Can your skill go down in Halo 3?
If so how can you check your real skill, not your highest skill?
Also how do you get more skill in halo 3?
Some1 told me win 3 ranked matches in a row.
Is that true? Because that seems really iratating.

Yes it can go down
it says you're skill next to your name i believe(when entering a game)
get more skill by winning matches
yes winning 3 ranked matches will raise it but it will start to go up with just one

ok 1 your skill can go down but not your highest skill

and 2 it doesnt have anything to do with how many matches you play... its just how well you play... if you play better than you usually do then chances are you will go up. try lone wolves its easier than team games because you dont have to look out for other people who may or may not be there to help you out

Yes, only if you lose a Ranked Match. Social matches dont affect your skill, just your EXP. If you WIN a ranked match, you may get some skill points.

You cant see your overall skill, just see your highest skill level. The highest never goes down and only the highest affects leveling up ranks.

You earn skill by winning ranked matches. Its not always 3 matches, it could be 1 or 2, its totally random. Hope I helped a fellow Halo 3 gamer!
