Could someone post the best list of cheats/strategies for Madden 08 on XBOX 360?

Strategies and "loopholes" in Franchise mode would be appreciated. Why can’t you change your player’s positions? In Madden ’05 you could change an OLB into a defensive end…Is there a mode where you can practice the training activities, besides Franchise mode? Finally, in Franchise mode, do the coaches or scouts advise you on what positions you should most fill when drafting rookies?If you can answer all this, free B js from my hot blonde sister!
