I was one of the "lucky" people who got the scratched copies of halo 3 because of the faulty packaging. I sent back my discs to MS because Best Buy refused to replace it... To those who have sent back their copies for the same reason, did you get your replacements yet and if you did, how long did it take? I'm curious because I'm thinking it's going to take a while sadly...
