Does anyone know the "make a car" cheat in halo 3?

my friend was telling me about how his other friend is going to make cars for the two of them and i dont mean: mongooses, warthogs, wraths, hornets, banshees, or any of the regular halo 3 transportations

there are no cheats for any of the halo games... none at all... only possible way to make a new car is to mod...
