For a 13 year old, which game is worse ( maturity level), Halo 3 or Call of Duty 4?

I am 13 and i want to convince my dad that Call of Duty 4 is not as bad as in muturity level as Halo 3

as far as maturity level cod is worse. it has cursing and more violence than halo. in cod the is a lot more action and a lot more blood splatter, that means more bloody chaos (yey). but as far as the online play halo has more immature kids who think there tough guys and will curse you out.
so i think cod is higher in "badness" but i feel its more fun than halo.

Personally I think Call Of Duty is worse for maturity. It has a very high maturity level because of the graphics, weapons (guns and knives), lots of blood etc. but Call Of Duty is WAYY funner. I am a 15 year old girl and I Hate Halo but LOVE LOVE LOVE Call Of Duty. It's so fun x]

they both are just a little bloody, but not gory. if your planning to play online you wont have to worry about the volence, just the cussing people do haha.

call of duty 4 is not nearly as bad as halo cod has much more violence and gore sry
