Halo 1 CE help. easy question for gamers. I will choose a best answer.?

Ok, I just installed halo ce and I wanted to play a modded map. So I downloaded the map and when ever I open it, the game closes and says it doesn't work. So I went online to try to get help (link one) and that is what it said. I followed every step and then when it said to download and install a UI map, I got completely lost as to where to find a UI file for the map I want to play. Can someone please help me find the download page to the UI file on this website.

P.S the UI file I need is for The Silent Cartographer

my tip is dont bothr the first halo modded maps are so laggy and infact most have been shut down.
