Halo 3, 2 and 1 - Flood?

For all Halo owners,what is your perspective about The Flood?

I think they are like the most evil,of THE evil things,and just stop at nothing to get what they want.
Creepy.
First time I saw them,I thought they were some freak sea creatures,or weird octopus-things.

i fricking hate the flood! i think evryone does! they just keep on coming! in the last 2 games they arent so bad but in the 1st they just never stop and they are so anoyying! but you know wat? ...... thats wat makes the game fun! but in the 3rd game when you have to save cortana and you go into the flood madd house it annoying and kinda hard! the flood shoot green needles at you!!!!!!!!!!!!! lol
