Halo 3 Bungie Members?

Basicall how can you tell if you're versing a member of the Bungie corporation? Apparently there's a secret helmet if you impress them or beat them or something like that. Just curious.

you don't have to play against them, just put cool vids and screenshots on your file share and they'll give out the recon armor if they think you deserve it
