Halo 3 Campaign Lag ?

Whenever I Play The Campaign On Halo 3 It Always Lags For Me And I Dont Know Why Because When I Play Custom Games And Forge Its Okay And Also I Can Play Co-op Campaign On COD 5 and Theres No Problem So I Dont Know What The Problem Is Ive Tried Reseting My Router But Nothing I Do Seems To Work Please Help
I Just Did a Speed Test And My Download Is 3183kb/s And My Upload Is 261kb/s (My ISP Is Orange Home UK)

Does the lag happen offline as well? If it does, it could be your Halo 3 disk.

Also you upload speed seems pretty low compared to your download, but I'm not sure if that is a problem.

Edit: Oh, well... I've never heard of someone having a problem like this before but my only guess is... campaign is a LOT more data than multiplayer/forge (which is why you can not rewind in campaign films) so maybe your upload can't handle that.
