Halo 3 Catch Skull WTF!?!?!?

OK. So I'm not the only one out there that has tried everything and the skull won't spawn. It's happening to thousands of others and it is in fact a glitch. I have all the other skulls so I need someone who has them all to host a game and invite me.

Would anyone be so kind as to do this? I am online right now so if you can PLEASE help. I have wasted hours of my life...

The skull disappears the moment you kill any of the two wraiths. you can't destroy it, commandeer it, or even disable it.
go to the small building in the middle of the area, take the sniper rifle, kill the two turret brutes. then take out the ghosts' drivers.
LEAVE THE GHOSTS INTACT!
take one ghost, and wedge it into the space between the 'silo' and the 'wall' wrapped halfway around it. Then get a second one, and pile it on the first. stand on both, then do a "croutch jump" onto the wall, and you can now reach the 'silo'.
