Halo 3 Disc Replacement?

OMG! I got a pre-ordered Legendary Edition game from GameStop, and it had a ring-scratch! The worst scratch you can get! (where the scratch goes completely around the disc in a circular pattern) but the weird part is that the game was working perfectly until a few days ago, I could do everything (I tried EVERYTHING) and this is the funny part... I got ALL the skulls but ONE skull, the one on the mission "Cortana", so I get my friend and we're gonna co-op to get it faster so I can finish getting my new armor, and it comes up saying "This disc is unreadable, please remove it, and wipe it off with a soft cloth and try again" so I wipe it off, put it back in, same thing, so I take the disc out and see the scratch. Well I got ****ed, but eventually I sent it to Microsoft Disc Replacement, last Monday (Oct. 1st) and its now Saturday (Oct 6th) How much longer do you think it'll take for my disc to be returned to me? (I live in California USA, and I had to send it to Indiana USA)
I thank those who have already answered but I must express this detail, I have already sent it in.

Take it back and demand a new one when i got mine they told me to open it right there to see if it was good. they should have done the same for you if not than they Suck.

It might be a couple weeks. When I had to send my 360 in for "repairs" it took like 3-4 weeks. Probably be shorter time if its just a game though.
