I just got a new 360 Elite (a week ago exactly) and 2 days ago I bought a new copy of Halo 3 from Best Buy. For campaign maps I almost always get a failed to load content message, after it loads to 27%. I've looked this up, but the problem seems to mostly be scratches, but this is a new copy. Could that still be a problem? Should I get a replacement?
