Halo 3 Forge Budget ?

Can someone please explain to me what the Budget on Forge is and what happens if it runs out?

its how much money you use, next to each item you see theirs a number, then subtract that from the budget. When the budget runs out you can't add anymore items. the reason is, is that you add to much money it will be very laggy so they limit the items you put
