halo 3 forge item respawns?

i like to make sports maps in foundry and ive downloaded some where fusion coils respawn instantly, right after they blow up.
when i select these and press X on them, it says
respawn rate=30
anyone know how to do this?

Change the respawn rate to 10 and where it says 'Runtime minimum' or something to that effect, change that to the highest value possible. Do the same for maximum runtime, and make sure both values are equal. Toss in a 'nade and watch the fireworks.
