in halo 3 , how can you get the recon armor?

you have to really impress the bungie staff into thinking that you deserve it. You have to do something that either effects the gaming itself or the bungie staff. Don't ask for it, that is the worst possible thing you can do.

P.S. this is my cousin's doing, not mine. i am not that big a halo fan.
