halo 3 how to get recon?

Ugh i know u guys are going to say you cant get this but lets give it a try how in the name of god do you get recon i know Bungie members get it but im losing my mind because i see freakin people who dont work at Bungie wearing recon!!! so they might of used to worked at Bungie or hacked it so help meeeeeee!!

Bungie has random contests for some, and other times employees gift them to people that they are impressed with online. Usualy it is skillful playing but I have never seen one given to a jerk or cry baby. Your best bet is to just play well and like an adult, use teamwork and keep your eyes open for contests.

you do something really cool(not on purpose), or a really unlucky suicide, then bungie will see it on bungie.net community files, and they will congratulate you with recon armor. remember, dont do it on purpose. good luck!
