by rating it means parental controls. it wont let you download thet content because its rated M

no its not ur rep, its glitch on live I myself have not found a way 2 fix it, but have found a way around it if u have more then one tag on ur box then try 2 download it on that name or another. I'm sorry I don't know more hope what I said helps
