Halo 3 legendary map packs?

my xbox live gold subscription is almost done and i am going to make a new gamertag with my new subscription and i am wondering if i will lose my map mapacks i have bought for halo 3 when i make my new account.

im not quite sure but i think you wont loose them they will ust be on your other account
