Halo 3 map pack?

The map pack is now free, but i am unable to download it. i think its because my information says im not 18, i don't know how to change this, or void it to dowload the map pack, please tell me if its possible? if so how to do it?

sorry it is not possible for you to download it.sorry unless you make a new xbl account then download it using that account then switch back to original gt
