Halo 3 Multiplayer HELP?!?

Ok I'm completely new to Halo 3. So bare with me. Whenever I go into matchmaking and choose a Playlist, there are several ones that I can't go into. Is this because I don't have enough EXP? Do we need EXP to enter some Playlists? Also, which Playlist is the Infection mode under. FINALLY, I've been playing Halo 3 all day on one of the Slayer Ranked Matches and Team Ranked Matches but theres NO VEHICLES!??!?! What Playlist has Sand Traps??? Thanks.

I don't understand the whole not enough EXP thing...

but in regards to the last part, play Big team Social or Squad Battle... they have a lot of Vehicle-based maps such as Rat's nest or Sandtrap

Oh... you'll need to download the Mythic and Legendary Map packs for that though, which cost 0 and around 600 (or 800, I forget) Microsoft points, which is around 5 or so US dollars...
