Halo 3 Odst Sgt. Johnston Help?

I got my Sgt. Johnston pre ordered code today in my email. After entering it I find out that the code has "already been redeemed". Can i somehow get a new one from the place i pre-ordered?

What you do is take the game back to the store and let the clerk kick you in the face for being a fag for playing ****in halo!

umm, you probably want to either e-mail them saying they've sent you a broken code, explaining what happened, call them up or take it back to the shop to ask the cashier to e-mail them or give you a new code
