Halo 3 Online Failures?

Sometimes when I am playing online on Halo 3 and I Click "Start Matchmaking." It does the whole 5 second countdown thing and just stops at 0. It wont search for players or anything. The screen wont change unless I leave the lobby. I can fix it by going back to dashboard and restarting Halo 3. I know its not a problem with the disc. It's probably Xbox Live. But can anyone explain to me if theres a way I can fix it.

I do not believe you can. That happens to me several times a day. No matter what happens it keeps reoccurring. I am pretty positive it is Xbox Live. Probably a bad connection. Technical difficulties, don't you love them?
