Halo 3 online game play?

on halo 3 on;line game play, how do you chane the apperance of your character AKA on loan wolves. my things is always green and everyone elses is always different coloured from green. I am a sargent do I need to get promoted any further?
if anyone can help I would really appreciate it. Thanx

Press start on your controller, then click right, then you are in some other settings, go to appearance and/or colors.

add xVA pheonix that my gt press start go to starting go to apperance there should be a emblem colors and a few other things click emblem make your emblem that u like then go to colors were u can choose your body color secondary body color detail color then emblem primary emblem secondary emblem details hope this helped

On the menus press start, move the analog stick right, click on appearance then you can choose your colour, armour, service tag and your emblem. hope this helped.
