OK so i asked my first question "How to improve my skills with the battlerifle" i had good feedback from that question and my skills have improved now i was wondering about grenades. frags in particular i was just wondering how can you know the exact time to throw it for the best result?

shoot two times with your br or 4 times with your assault rifle throw your nade towards their feat then hide.

theres no really best way but wat u should do is try to predict where u think there gonna walk by and throw it there

The throw depends mostly on the range of the enemy but from medium range (about far enough to hit with an unscoped BR), a frag grenade aimed at the body will bounce once and then take away their shield. Follow up with a BR headshot and you're good.
