Halo 3: Online Problem?

Ok, whenever I go to matchmaking, then start matchmaking it has the 5 second countdown then once it gets to 0 seconds, it stays like that. it doesnt freeze, it just wont go to the matchmaking process. Like, I can press B to go back to the menu but it wont get to the matchmaking process.

i agree with game N blaze. i don't have the game but i play it with my uncle all the time and it has never happened to him
