It really depend on your style of gameplay but both are fantastic games

Halo 3 is good if you like to run around by yourself and rape everyone who stands in your way.

Cod 4 is more a strategic game that is team based.

IMO. cod 4 is better because I love team based shooters but Halo 3 is also an awesome game

Cod4, I have Halo and its just placid and boring gameplay after 30 minutes.
