Halo 3 Problem?

I CANT PLAY CAMPAIGN ANYMORE, when i 1st bougt it it worked fine, then a week later when im about to play campaign it keeps sayin "PLAYERS FAID TO LOAD CONTENT" i called customer service but there was nothing they could do, so now im stumped, any help?

well according to survays this is a commen problem but if you take it to any officail xbox 360 repair shop they should be able to repair it for free

p.s:this may affect your xbox 360 warrenty
