Halo 3 scratched disks?

Did anyone recieve a scratched Halo 3 disk when they got their copy? I was working at an entertainment store and we got many complaints about scratched disks. Just wondering if it was like that everywhere

wow.. if this happened to more than just a few discs.. this is one hella cruel prank microsoft and bungie are pulling making die hard fanboys suffer x__x

Not to sure about everywhere, But I think Americans are complainig about it....
