Halo 3 skull catch not there??

Well you guys know the "Catch Skull" on the "Storm". Well it isnt even on my copy of Halo 3. Even my a few of friends (who found and got it) came over and said they will get in like 2 min. Well you know what they tried for over half an hour say "wtf it isnt there".

What do you do to get it (you personally).
As I recall, you have to kill a jumping Flood who is holding the skull, then find it after he drops it. You have to shoot him early enough so that the skull doesn't land on the roof of the building he is jumping to.

Are you playing on the right difficulty?

The guy above me is thinking of the level Floodgate.

you have to shoot him before he gets too far mine was doing the same thing but you have to shoot him as soon as you see him if you missed you wont be able to find the skull.
