Halo 3 spawners on forge?

how come when evr i make a map, delete all the regular spawn points and pu my own and save it, then when i play the map i spawn on points where i never put a spawn point, i tried changoing my spawn points team things, although i usually put them all on nuetral. im making a paintball map and its a team game, i want one team to spawn on one side and the other on the other side, hbut how?

Go into forge mode and click "Change Gametype". Click "Team Slayer" and it will start a new round. When you spawn you will see to spots on the map where you can spawn apart from the ones you placed. They will have a little spiral on top of them because they are different types of spawns. They are the only spots you can spawn at the beginning of the game, usually.
