Halo 3 Team Slayer.....?

My friend in Halo 3, he was a captian one day and I was a colonel.We decided to play team slayer. his skill was 25 and mine was 20. We won 18 games in a row and I was MVP in all of them and he ranks up to 35 and I rank up to only 27. And adding to that.... HE had a negative K/D ratio. I usually had at least positive 10. Then the next day we won 16 games in a row and now he's 40 skill and i'm only 33. WTF!!! And I was MVP again and he still has negative K/D ratio. WHY DID MY SKILL GO SLOWER THAN HIS? PLZ SEND BACK

1-im lv 49 so i know my halo3 stuff=)

2- he leveled up faster because he was a lower rank than u ,
for example: a lieutenant would level up faster than a brigadier

k k may b it was because of ur exp. or something..........yeah. i think the guy above me is right. can u help me rank up im stuck at lvl 13 gt geronimo71

Ok the reason why he ranked up faster than you is because the exp differences.

What I mean by that is since you had 400+ exp and he had about 100exp, so since Bungie found him as a more inexperenced member, he will rank up easier. And MVP doesnt really help or your k/d spread, only if you win.

An Example; A recruit would get a 50 in about 30 games, as a Brigadier (level 45 with 1,000 exp) may take about the same. As you can see with less exp you have faster you rank up.

Warning; Do not quit out anymore because Bungie will exp ban you for two weeks.
