Halo 3 Theatre Function, won't erase old movies?

My theatre section in Halo 3 won't erase older movies or create new "temporary" movies. It has about 30 or so in there most dating back to september 27th and one strange one dating november 22nd 07. . . don't ask, but I can't erase them in any way to get new ones as i'm trying to get the catch skull still, and wanting to see if wut i'm doing is getting it to spawn. . .

I know it automatically keeps the last 20 videos in your theater, so I don't think you can erase them there. You can erase files you've uploaded to Bungie.net though, but you have to do that from the website... just in case that's what you were asking.
