Halo 3 "Unreadable Disk"

Whenever I try to load the campaign on Crows Nest it says "the disk in unreadable". I didn't notice the scratches under the disk until it started saying this. It worked for about a month then it just started to not work anymore. Everything else works (forge, custom games, etc.) on the game but the campaign... why?

it is most likely your system. the same thing happened to me. i had to get a new 360.

Probably because, the potion of the disk that holds the campaign is scratched to the extent where it can't be read but all other parts of the disc can be.
