halo 3 video game broken !!!!!!!!!!?

i bought the halo 3 for the xbox 360 at ebgames and my friend sat on it and made a crack on da disk and it says unable to read disk is there someway i could like get it fixed or get a new one at ebgames or tell them i bought it used and it didnt work or something like that the crack is huge

you cant fix it i would suggest just buying a new one, i got a scratched disc and they wouldnt refund me or give me a new game so i had to buy another one, its really one of the only options available

You can get a cd fixer at most stores like compusa bestbuy etc. im not sure about fixing that big of a crack but it might

no. you can fix it though. ask a game store to fix it if they can do that. otherwise buy a used game or a new one.
