If i made an account with a 48 Hour Trial and got it to 40, then it expired , then i waited a week and then used a 12 month/credit card to activate it again would i still have my 40?

If you started your 48 hour trial, it will keep going until 48 hours has passed, not 48 hours of play.

If you bought a 12 month subscription i dont think 40 hours would matter anyway.
