Halo ODST multiplayer Disk 2?

In Halo 3: ODST, when using the multiplayer in disk 2, are you playing online with everyone, including the Halo 3 original game users or just the people who bought ODST?

The 2nd Disk is just the mythic map pack and the few new maps, so basically its like getting everything off of xbox live marketplace, only on a disc though

Im guessing original halo 3 to just because the disk 2 is only a version of halo 3 with all the maps
