Halo Problems?

I have halo for pc and a 128 mg graphics card its not the the graphics because i have played it with a 64 mg.THE PROBLEM: After i have booted up my saved game or created a new one all characters are small rectangle dots on my screen. i am using daemon tools to boot it up though

I had some problems with playing Halo 3 some years ago. It kept shutting down when the game came out. It was a very serious game breaking bug but they later ended up fixing it.
