Halo Wars Marine/Scorpain rush counter?

I played with this guy over xbox live, and i had 10 wraiths and 4 locusts and he took out my ENTIRE army in 30 seconds. is there ANY way to counter RPG marince rush? (sorry, kind of new, and yes, i had shields, scorch, and overdrive on my wraiths/locusts.)
