Have you ever said no to your boss?

There are some bosses who are over bearing and never satisfied no matter what you do for them at work. They want to use their own time and your personal time for their own benefit all the time whenever they can.

Have you ever worked for such a boss? How do you handle some of his behaviour? Have you ever said no to him?

There are times that I've had contrary opinions to my boss, and I will always air my views. He is not going to beat me for doing so. So, I don't get the reason I should be scared of him.

Yes, I've done it all the time whenever he's trying to make me do things which are not in the terms of my employment. For example, I don't take calls whenever I'm off work. If he ask me to, I will tell him it's not on me to do so. If he wants me to take calls when I'm not supposed to be working, I will negotiate an extra pay which he refused.
