Help I need help with Halo 3?

I am a sergeant grade 3 and i have 43 experience but i am not very good are there any other ways in which i can raise my EXP? And how can i get better at Halo 3

double xp weekend playlists are good to raise XP. But i recommend practice. watch videos of the MLG players on the internet. THe best thing you can do is keep playing. You will get better. Good Luck man.
