help with getting halo 3 matchmaking achievements?

If you want some cool achievements first do the overkill it's when you kill four people at 4 seconds each. Also try to get double kill with the spartan laser. Try to do triple kill with the energy sword. Splatter somebody with the mongoose. Also get all skulls. Some of these achievements will help you get helmets and also armor. Try to destroy a flying vehicle with rocket launcher or missle pod (can be done on campaing also). hope this helped you.
