How can I get the Halo 3 Legendary map pack for free?

Hey, I was wandering if there is any possible way of getting this for free besides pre-ordering Ninja Guidan 2.

I've heard there is some weird trick you can do with a friend. Apparently, if your friend has the maps then you can recover their gamertag on your console and re-download the maps....or something like that. Could someone please explain how to do this because I have a friend that has the maps.

well you see, first you get a bowl. then make sure you get two cups of chlorine and one cup of ammonia. make sure you are in a room that isnt very well ventilated (like a basement or something.) stir until vapors emit, then breathe in vapors deeply. next time you turn on your 360, the maps should be there. all my friends have done it and got the maps for free. enjoy.
