How can I post my videos from Halo 3 to Facebook, Myspace, etc...?

I made a Halo group and I was going to make like a "Your Best Halo Moments" topic. I just thought it would be cool to like post a video from my Halo 3 game and put the video on a blog or whatever. Answers please, I sure would appreciate it. Thankyou.

You need a video capture card. (or a camera with AV-input)

You use the in-game theathre and record everything, then save on your pc, and use an editing program to put it together, then upload it to youtbue or metacafe.
