how can you film your self in halo 3?!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!?

it so complicated, i dont know how can you play and film when you are in campign or coopertive. and when i try to go to film or theater, it just show you like people moving and stuff.
i just try to film myself when im in coopertive and multyplayer, can you tell me where and instruct me how.

yes go to theatre. controls are shown when you hit -start-

after you go to theater pick a movie and play it.. then press start(cuz i dont remember which button does) and look for the button the shows like a side panel and then click the red circle (gray, until you go on it, then it goes red) and start recording..
