...it always messes up? (xbox live)? it always comes up sayin it failed so therefore i cant play multiplayer on xbox live

That same thing happened to me using my new xbox 360 when i got my old one replaced. I dont know if you are using a 360, but if so, it could be because your hard drive is full. First, sign into all accounts to make sure they work, then, erase junk from your hard drive to make room for the maps. If you are positive you have room, but it still isnt working, try resetting your internet connection. If the problem proceeds (it shouldnt) wait a day and try again.
