How difficult is Halo 3?

i am casual gamerand odnt play a lot of shooters(still playing cod 2)

online bit is amazing cause of your skill level that you get you will always play with people who are at your skill level and so that you dont play people that will totally own everyone.

offline co-op is good, especially if you are doing it with a friend casue you can work out a strategy and talk (using headset if not in same room)
also you can select difficulty level on offline play to suit your ability on halo
bear in mind easy difficulty is for noobs who have never played a game before
