How do i play multiplayer campaign on HAlo 1 PC?

Not same computer but LAn How do i play campaign with my mate. i need a walkthrough sorta thing Lol :p

You all gotta be on the same network and when you select multiplayer it should have an option to find other computers. I don't have the game though.
