how do u get the two for one and the mongoose mow-down achievement in halo 3?

i need to know how to do this and if the only place u can get the achievment is on lone wolves....

Yeah, you have to be on lone wolves. 2 for 1, you have to kill two people with one shot of the spartan lazer, and the mongoose, you have to kill somebody by running them over with the mongoose.
