How do you become a bungie member on Halo 3 so you can see the little bungie

emblem by your name in matchmak? I see people on Halo 3 with a little symbol by their rank on matchmaking and I'm wondering how to get one. It looks like a wheel and its light grey, right to the left of their rank. I think it has something to do with checking your status daily but I'm not sure. Appreciate it!
